Sun daaze

Sundays are all about our renowned wanderlust brunch, and the Hog roast and Salmagundi experience. Salmagundi is more of a concept than a recipe. Essentially, it is a large salad that incorporates meat, seafood, cooked vegetables, raw vegetables, fruits, and nuts arranged in an elaborate way. Free and care free, heady sunny days all the way through to sunset. Proper good vibes!
